"Business as usual" is not good enough. To survive today, companies must improve their performance regularly and in a manner that can be measured.

We care so much about continuous improvement that we created a committee that meets weekly called the Wisco Industries Efficiency Improvement Team.  This committee reports quarterly at our ISO Management Review Meetings. Improvements are quantified in less scrap (PPM), improved productivity (COG), safety (OSHA), etc.
